Almost Christmas, the year has gone fast (but isn't that what we always say when we are bussy making plans)! It's been a lovely year for me with lots of laughter & amazing moments and luckily all in good health. Just wanted to take this opportunity to wish you a wonderful Christmas and for later an amazing start of 2015! Have a good time, enjoy being among friends & family, watch a corny xmas movie, sip some champagne and drink lots of hot chocolate. Thank you so much for your support this year, i really enjoyed your company! For now have a happy holiday and see you again next year! xo

Good morning dears, hope you've had a joyful year-end! Happy to be back again and really looking forward to a wonderful new year of blogging! I've got some lovely posts lined up for you with the coolest new collections, head spinning home tours and the prettiest designs. Let us start with an amazing Scandinavian bohemian home.. natural colors, a mix of fabulous fabrics and a collection of all things pretty. Exposed brickwork, white painted floors and classic advertising posters by Danish Aage Sikker Hansen (1897-1955). This home has got that comfy feeling of welcome written all over it.. enjoy!

Scandinavian paint company Flügger came up with an amazing new wallpaper collection..
Botanic Garden designed by Danish wallpaper and fabric designer Helene Blanche. Inspired during a walk in Copenhagen Botanical Garden Helene drew a couple of sketches and voila seven new designs were born! Floral motifs, butterflies, weeping willows and pansies in full bloom. All patterns are handpainted with charcoal and watercolor.. aren't they just super pretty!

This pretty Copenhagen apartment belongs to Danish fashion designer Heidi Hofmann and her husband Claus. Their style is just really unique and well thought of. That vintage chandelier above the marble tabletop, black painted floors, auction & flea market finds all next to modern designs like the Hay side table and that a-ma-zing Vitra wall lamp. Me oh my, i have such a crush on this space! :)

OMG i so want this super pretty poster! It's called Skog which means forest in Swedish and was taken by - founder of FLD - Elisabeth Dunker herself. Printed in a fine size 70x100 this lovely print is a true inspiration.. mystic, tranquil and yet full of live. When i look at it, it gives me a sense of peace.. that's just an amazing feeling nowadays don't you agree? Have a happy weekend dears, see you Monday!

Came across this Plantspiration production by Elle Decoration Norway and was just amazed by how simple it actually looks to create your own little production at home. Beautiful leaves & grasses, add some copper, some marble (if you like), a couple of glass vases et voilà! I'm loving the combination of the different materials, colors and shades of green.. don't these super pretty images just bring out the stylist in you too? Have fun this weekend! :)

This pretty 55 sqm. apartment in Amsterdam belongs to graphic designer | illustrator Maartje van den Noort and her guy furniture designer Ruben van der Scheer. So love that retro vibe, the mint painted floors and the mix of colors, patterns & designs. Lots of vintage finds, Ikea catches and DIY's. The pendant lights in the living- and bedroom for example are a real Maartje design. So must advise you to have a look at both Maartje and Rubens's website, their work is just drop dead gorgeous.. enjoy!

Just love these kinds of kitchens.. stainless steel, white walls and accessories in warm wood. This kitchen was styled by our Dutch HKliving to display some of their super pretty kitchen accessories. Nordic design in Australia? You can find it here in this super pretty Melbourne shop called norsu interior, founded by friends Nat Wheeler and Kirsty Sadlier in 2013. Ferm Living, Fine Little Day and Silke Bonde.. the store is just packed with amazing brands both available in norsu's brick store and online. If i had to choose my favorite item, for now i'll probably go for their PK Copenhagen print (simple, stylish and oh so pretty). Have a lovely weekend dears! x

Hello! beautiful Göteborg apartment.. i just adore you! Carefully renovated, light wooden floors, white stucco walls and large windows. The brick wall in the corner of the living room is my absolute favorite.. it gives this space that something extra. Lots of light, lovely styling with pretty posters on the wall and colorful cushions on the sofa. Get inspired, but most of all enjoy!

While travelling they discovered the beauty of craftsmanship around the world. Every product has it's own personality and tells it's own story. There are some super sweet additions to the collection like the Lucky clover tea set (by Elisabeth Dunker) and the cutest cushion cover Lit de la Fleur (by Emma von Brömssen). American trend forecaster Anne Ziegler knows exactly how to make an oasis of her urban home in LA. Light colors, pretty botanical prints and nicely decorated. White washed pine floors, high ceilings, exposed beams and lots of natural light. I so have a crush on Anne's home office it's simple but oh so chic.. gotta love that inspiration board - now i want one too! -  and that cute desk lamp. It looks like this LA home is just located in the middle of the Swedish country side.. well done! :)

One bedroom three styles.. Oriental, bohemian loft and Nordic. Just love how you can create a
totally different style with the use of various colors, accessories and fabrics. From cool tones, a mix
of design and vintage finds to exotic tones, wood and travel discoveries. I'm leaning towards the Oriental as my personal favorite. Always like to separte the style of my bedroom from the rest of the house and the Oriental styling is just so pretty! How about you.. wanna share your favorite?

Digging up some amazing old treasures that's what interior stylist Johanna Flyckt Gashi does best. Old paintings, lots of pretty cushions, a vintage chandelier together with crispy white linens. So love the open shelves in the kitchen - and the kitchen in general i must add - packed with lovely vintage porcelain. Shabby chic, industrial, slightly faded pastels and black accents.. pretty don't you think?

Make your favorite cupboard into a super pretty room divider.. just so love the endless possibilities
to showcase all things pretty. The styling by Femke Pastijn for this pretty picture is one of my favorites! The flower print immediately caught my eye.. it's part of a serie called Flowercopy made by Dutch designer Nienke Sybrandy in an attempt to immortalize flowers.. such an amazing project!
